Sending from Cyprus

Send your things from Cyprus, wherever you are now

Clothes left in Larnaca, a box for a student in Manchester, souvenirs that did not fit in the suitcase. Get it to our warehouse in Limassol, by local courier or a relative, and we pack it properly, prepare the customs paperwork and ship it to you.

How it works

Open a free account and you get a Limassol address with your own suite number. Whoever has your things, whether that is you before you fly, a relative, a landlord or a friend, sends them to that address with any courier or Cyprus Post. A delivery inside Cyprus is the cheap part.

  • Open your account and note your suite number
  • Have the box sent to your suite address exactly as your dashboard shows it, suite number included
  • We weigh, measure and photograph it on arrival, and it appears in your dashboard
  • Choose economy or express, pay online from wherever you are, and track it to your door

Who sends things this way

Anyone whose belongings are in Cyprus while they are not. You do not need to be on the island at any point: the account, the payment and the tracking all work from abroad.

  • People who moved abroad and left clothes, documents or a charger behind
  • Students at university abroad who want a box from home each term
  • Families sending gifts and home comforts to children and grandchildren overseas
  • Visitors who bought more than fits in their luggage allowance

Packed for the journey

A box packed for a drive across Limassol is not packed for a flight. If what arrives is not fit to travel we repack it, and several boxes can be combined into fewer to cut the cost. Tell us what is fragile and we wrap it to suit.

Customs paperwork for your own belongings

When a box arrives, you list what is in it and what it is worth in your dashboard: "winter coats", "paperback books", "laptop charger", not just "belongings". It takes a minute, and nothing ships until it is done.

Leaving the EU, we turn that list into the customs declaration and file it in your name, describing used personal belongings as exactly that. That is why we ask for ID before your first parcel leaves. Within the EU no customs declaration is needed, but the carrier still wants to know what it is carrying.

If you are moving country for good, many destinations let you bring in your own used belongings without duty under a transfer-of-residence relief, which you claim at your end. Check your destination's rules before you ship.

Too big for a parcel?

Each parcel can weigh up to 30 kg, which covers a packed suitcase or a few boxes of books. Furniture and household moves go as air or sea freight instead, quoted on the real pieces and weights out of Limassol port.

Questions

Do you collect from my home in Cyprus?
Not ourselves, and we do not take drop-offs at the warehouse. Any courier or Cyprus Post will deliver a box to your suite address inside Cyprus, and that is usually the cheapest way to get it to us.
Do I need to be in Cyprus?
No. You open the account, pay and track from wherever you are. Only the box needs to be here.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the weight, the size of the box and where it is going. Put the measurements into the shipping calculator to see the price before anything is sent. Opening the account is free.
What can't I send?
Alcohol, loose lithium batteries and power banks, aerosols, perfume and perishable food are restricted or prohibited, and some countries refuse dairy and meat. Batteries installed in a device are usually fine. Our prohibited list has the full detail.
