Can you ship from any Cyprus shop, or only the ones listed?

Any of them. The shops here are the ones customers ask about most and the ones we have written shipping advice for — but your Limassol address is an ordinary Cypriot street address, so it works at any checkout that delivers in Cyprus.

Do I need to tell you an order is coming?

No. Parcels are matched to the suite number on the label, so make sure it is on every order. If something you expected has not appeared in your dashboard a few days after the shop says it was delivered, send us the shop's tracking number and we will chase it.

What if the shop will not deliver to a forwarding address?

Our address is a normal commercial street address in Limassol, not a PO box, and it is accepted at Cypriot checkouts as a matter of course. If a particular retailer refuses it, tell us and we will look at it with you.

Can you buy the goods for me?

Not at the moment. You place and pay for the order yourself with your own card, and we take over once the parcel reaches the warehouse.

Shopping somewhere else?

The address works at any Cypriot checkout, listed here or not. We also take parcels from 29 other European countries into the same warehouse, so a Cypriot order and a German one can leave as a single shipment.

Independent forwarder

Apart from Products from Cyprus, which is run by the same owner as Ship From Cyprus, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent for any shop named on this site. Shop names and trade marks belong to their owners, and we quote no retailer's delivery terms — only what we do with a parcel once it reaches us.
