What we can do to a parcel between it arriving and it leaving.
Consolidation
The one that saves real money. Couriers charge on whichever is greater: actual weight, or volumetric weight — length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 5000. Three retail boxes with air in them can bill as 12 kg when the contents weigh 3 kg. Repacked into one box, you pay for what you actually bought.

Storage
30 days free on every parcel, then €0.50 per parcel per day. Premium members get 90 days and a lower daily rate. The clock starts the day a parcel is logged in, and your dashboard shows the date each one starts costing.
Customs paperwork
We are a licensed forwarding agent, which means we lodge the export declaration ourselves rather than handing you a form and wishing you luck. Postal shipments get a CN22 or CN23 generated from the contents you confirm in your dashboard; courier shipments get a commercial invoice. Either way you are not filling in a customs form at midnight guessing at HS codes.
What we need from you
