For shoppers in Israel
European shopping, delivered to Israel through Cyprus
Plenty of French, German and Italian shops, and a good share of Amazon.de and eBay sellers, will not deliver to Israel, or want a fortune to, yet deliver anywhere in the EU. Cyprus is the EU country nearest to you: order to your Limassol address and we send it on to your door.
Why Cyprus, of all places
Cyprus is in the EU, so a French, German or Italian shop treats it as an ordinary European delivery: no customs at their end and the same delivery charge any EU customer pays. And it is the EU country closest to Israel, so the onward leg is one of the shortest routes we run.
That makes a Cyprus address the practical answer when a shop's checkout will not accept an Israeli address, or when the marketplace seller you want simply does not post outside Europe.
How it works
Open a free account and you get a street address in Limassol with your own suite number. Use it at the checkout and pay with your own card. When the parcel reaches us we weigh, measure and photograph it, you tell us what is inside, and you choose economy or express to your door in Israel.
- Shop the French and German stores Israelis ask about most: fashion, sporting goods, beauty, books and spare parts
- Hold several orders with us and send them as one box
- Pay for the onward shipping online, with the full price shown before you pay
- Track it from Limassol to your door
VAT and the personal import limit
Israel charges 18% VAT on personal imports above a value threshold, collected on arrival and paid at your end, not by us. That threshold has moved several times recently: raised from USD 75 to USD 150 in December 2025, reversed by the Knesset in February 2026, and back at USD 75 since June 2026. Check the Israel Tax Authority's current figure before you plan a large order.
The limit applies per shipment. Combining orders saves a lot of postage, but one bigger box can cross the threshold where two small ones would not, so we show you the trade-off. We will not split one order into artificial pieces to stay under it; Israeli customs treats that as evasion.
Paperwork that clears first time
Couriers into Israel ask for the recipient's Israeli ID number (or passport number) for customs clearance, so have it ready when you book express. Every parcel needs an honest contents declaration with real values, and we prepare the commercial invoice from it.
Wireless electronics, food supplements, medicines and cosmetics in quantity can need an approval or licence on arrival. Ask before you order anything in those groups and we will tell you what to expect.
Questions
- Will a French shop accept a Cyprus delivery address with an Israeli card?
- Usually, yes. Shops check the delivery address and the card's country separately, and Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery address. A few insist the two match; if one refuses, tell us and we will look at it with you.
- How long does it take to reach Israel?
- Express usually arrives within a few working days of leaving Limassol, often faster than the postal estimate, because Israel is so close. Economy post takes longer. Add the shop's own delivery time to Cyprus, typically under a week from France or Germany.
- Who pays Israeli VAT?
- You do, on arrival, when the shipment is above Israel's personal import limit. It is charged by Israeli customs, not by us, and is not part of our price.
- Can I combine orders from several shops?
- Yes, and it is usually the biggest saving on postage. Just keep Israel's per-shipment VAT limit in mind: a combined box is more likely to be over it.
