What it costs
Opening the address is free, with no monthly fee on the free account. You pay for shipping when a parcel leaves, priced for its weight, size and destination.
Parcels are stored free for 30 days (90 on Premium), long enough to collect several orders and send them together.
Not a PO box
A PO box holds post for you to collect in person. A forwarding address is a street address that couriers and online checkouts accept, at a warehouse that takes parcels of any size and sends them on to you abroad.

- Is it a real address?
- Yes. It is a commercial street address in Limassol with your own suite number on the second line. Shops and couriers deliver to it exactly as they would to any customer in Cyprus. It is not a PO box.
- Can I use it at any shop?
- Any shop that delivers within Cyprus. Use your suite address at the checkout exactly as your dashboard shows it, pay with your own card, and the parcel comes to us. The suite number on the label is how we match it to your account.
- Do I need to send you ID?
- Yes, before your first parcel leaves. We make export declarations in your name, and that needs proof of who you are. Your ID is kept in encrypted private storage and never shared with shops or carriers.
- How long will you keep my parcels?
- 30 days free on a standard account, 90 on Premium. After that there is a small daily storage charge per parcel, and your dashboard shows the date each parcel starts costing.
- Can you put several orders in one box?
- Yes, and it is usually the biggest saving. Postage costs most for the first kilo, so one box holding three orders costs far less to send than three boxes. Hold parcels with us while you shop and ask for them to go together.
- I live in Cyprus. Can I use this to buy from UK or US shops?
- No. This address is in Cyprus, so it helps people abroad buy from Cyprus, not people in Cyprus buy from abroad. For that you need an address in the shop's own country. If you would use one run by us, tell us through the contact page: we are gauging interest.
- Is this an EU address?
- Yes. Cyprus is an EU member state, so for a shop that delivers across the EU, your Limassol address is an ordinary EU delivery: no customs and the EU delivery rate. Shops that deliver only within their own country will not deliver to it.
- Where can you send my parcels?
- To 76 countries, including the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East, Australia and North America. Some goods are restricted by the destination, and our prohibited list applies everywhere.
