- Can I order from Public if I do not live in Cyprus?
- Yes. You take a free Limassol address with your own suite number, use it at Public's checkout like any Cypriot customer, and we forward the parcel on to you once it reaches our warehouse.
- What does it cost to ship from Public?
- It depends on weight and destination rather than on the shop. - Can I combine Public orders with other parcels?
- Yes, and it is usually where the saving is. Postage is front-loaded — the first kilo costs more than the next four together — so one box of several orders beats several boxes, even when the combined weight is the same.
- Is there anything from Public you cannot send?
- Anything with a lithium battery — phones, laptops, power banks, cordless anything — is restricted in air mail and sometimes refused outright. Tell us before you order so we can route it on a service that accepts it.
