Christmas from Cyprus, delivered in time
Gifts from home for family abroad, or European shopping for yourself: order to your Limassol address and we send it on. Below are the dates your parcels need to be with us, and the shipment paid, to arrive in time.
Gifts that travel well
Carob syrup, loukoumi, Cyprus coffee, herbs, books and clothing all travel well. Some things cannot go, or not everywhere.
- Dairy and meat, halloumi and lountza included, are refused by many countries outside the EU.
- Alcohol, Commandaria and zivania included, cannot be posted and is restricted by couriers.
- Glass jars travel, but ask for fragile wrap: it costs less than a broken parcel.
Leave time for the shop, too
The dates below are for parcels already in our warehouse. Shops in Cyprus usually deliver to us within a few working days; shops elsewhere in the EU take about a week. Order earlier than the date, not on it.
One box, one postage charge
Collect several gifts with us over a few weeks, they are stored free for 30 days, and send them together. One parcel costs far less to post than several.

The last day a parcel should be in our Limassol warehouse, with the shipment paid, to arrive in time. Worked out from the slowest transit we quote for each region, plus a working day for us to pack.

Not a carrier guarantee: customs and the season can add days. Shops need their own delivery time to reach us before these dates.
Questions
- Are these dates guaranteed?
- No carrier guarantees delivery dates in December. These are worked out from the slowest transit we quote for each region and service, plus a day for us to pack, so they build in spare time, but customs and the season can still add days.
- What if I miss the date?
- Express still gets there days faster than post. After the express date for your region, plan for the gift to arrive just after Christmas.
- Can you gift-wrap?
- Not yet. We can add fragile wrapping for protection, and you can have the shop gift-wrap before it sends the order to us.
- Do you send halloumi for Christmas?
- Not outside the EU: many countries refuse dairy by post. Within the EU it can travel, but it is perishable and the post is not refrigerated, so we advise against it.
