We do not invent a rate card. You see live FedEx rates and current Cyprus Post tariffs for your destination and weight, and we add a handling margin on top — 18% plus a €4.50 service fee per shipment, with a €9.00 minimum. That is the whole formula; there is no fuel surcharge appearing at checkout.

Import duty and VAT charged by your own country are not ours to collect and are not included. We show an estimate before you pay so it is not a surprise on the doorstep.
