Shopping from Poland

Shop Polish stores with an EU address in Cyprus

When a Polish shop delivers across the EU, an address in Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery for it: no customs, the EU delivery rate, the price any EU customer pays. Open a free account, order to your Limassol suite, and we send it on to wherever you live.

Does it have to be a Polish address?

Only if the shop delivers within Poland alone. Look for Cypr in the shop's list of delivery countries. If it is there, your Limassol address works like any other European one. If it is not, you need an address in Poland itself, and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

What our customers buy from Poland

Mostly electronics, books, cosmetics and household goods. Allegro, Poland's biggest marketplace, is mostly sellers delivering within Poland, though some ship across the EU; the listing shows where each one delivers. Polish shops that list Cypr among their delivery countries deliver to us.

Polish shops are often the cheapest place in the EU for electronics, and listings are usually in Polish. A browser's translate button gets you through a checkout; when the delivery country list appears, look for Cypr.

How long it takes, and what it costs

Polish orders usually reach our warehouse 5 to 10 working days after they are sent. Cyprus is an island at the far end of the EU, so a shop may take a little longer, and charge a little more, than within Poland. Then we forward it to you by economy or express, priced before you pay.

Parcels wait with us free for 30 days, so several Polish orders can arrive, be combined and travel on as one box: one onward charge instead of several.

Taxes

The price at the checkout includes EU VAT, as it does for any European customer, and it is not refunded when we send the parcel on outside the EU. Your own country charges its import duty and taxes on arrival. Neither is part of our price.

Questions

Is this a Polish address?
No. It is a street address in Limassol, Cyprus, which is in the EU. Polish shops that deliver across the EU deliver to it; shops that deliver only within Poland do not.
Can I pay with a card from outside the EU?
Usually, yes. Shops check the delivery address and the card's country separately, and Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery address. If a checkout refuses your card, tell us and we will look at it with you.
Do I pay in złoty?
Usually, yes: Polish shops price in złoty and your card converts it, as it would for any foreign purchase. Some show euro prices to customers elsewhere in the EU. We price the onward shipping in euro.
What if I need to return something?
Ask us before the parcel is sent on. Once it is with us it can go back to the shop from Cyprus under the shop's own returns policy, and we will tell you what that involves.
