Shop Dutch stores with an EU address in Cyprus
When a Dutch shop delivers across the EU, an address in Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery for it: no customs, the EU delivery rate, prices in euro. Open a free account, order to your Limassol suite, and we send it on to wherever you live.
Does it have to be a Dutch address?
Only if the shop delivers within the Netherlands alone. Look for Cyprus in the shop's list of delivery countries. If it is there, your Limassol address works like any other European one. If it is not, you need an address in the Netherlands itself, and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid.
What our customers buy from the Netherlands
Mostly electronics, gadgets, fashion and household goods. The best-known Dutch shops, bol.com and Coolblue, deliver mainly within the Netherlands and Belgium, so for them an address outside the Netherlands usually will not work. Smaller Dutch webshops that list Cyprus among their delivery countries do, and so do many marketplace sellers who ship across the EU.

How long it takes, and what it costs
Dutch orders usually reach our warehouse 4 to 8 working days after they are sent. Cyprus is an island at the far end of the EU, so a shop may take a little longer, and charge a little more, than within the Netherlands. Then we forward it to you by economy or express, priced before you pay.
Parcels wait with us free for 30 days, so several Dutch orders can arrive, be combined and travel on as one box: one onward charge instead of several.
Taxes
The price at the checkout includes EU VAT, as it does for any European customer, and it is not refunded when we send the parcel on outside the EU. Your own country charges its import duty and taxes on arrival. Neither is part of our price.
Questions
- Is this a Dutch address?
- No. It is a street address in Limassol, Cyprus, which is in the EU. Dutch shops that deliver across the EU deliver to it; shops that deliver only within the Netherlands do not.
- Can I pay with a card from outside the EU?
- Usually, yes. Shops check the delivery address and the card's country separately, and Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery address. If a checkout refuses your card, tell us and we will look at it with you.
- Do bol.com and Coolblue deliver to Cyprus?
- Mostly not: they deliver mainly within the Netherlands and Belgium. If an item there is also sold by a shop or seller that delivers across the EU, order it from them to your Limassol address instead.
- What if I need to return something?
- Ask us before the parcel is sent on. Once it is with us it can go back to the shop from Cyprus under the shop's own returns policy, and we will tell you what that involves.
