When a Belgian shop delivers across the EU, an address in Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery for it: no customs, the EU delivery rate, prices in euro. Open a free account, order to your Limassol suite, and we send it on to wherever you live.
Does it have to be a Belgian address?
Only if the shop delivers within Belgium alone. Look for Chypre or Cyprus in the shop's list of delivery countries. If it is there, your Limassol address works like any other European one. If it is not, you need an address in Belgium itself, and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

Mostly chocolate, fashion, shoes, books and comics. Belgian shops are often bilingual, and so are their delivery lists. Many Belgian shops deliver only within Belgium or the Benelux, so look for Cyprus before you buy; the ones that deliver across the EU deliver to us.
Belgian chocolate is the classic order, and the one to time: it travels well in the cooler months and badly in a Cypriot summer. Order it between October and April, and send it on by express.
How long it takes, and what it costs
Belgian orders usually reach our warehouse 4 to 9 working days after they are sent. Cyprus is an island at the far end of the EU, so a shop may take a little longer, and charge a little more, than within Belgium. Then we forward it to you by economy or express, priced before you pay.
Parcels wait with us free for 30 days, so several Belgian orders can arrive, be combined and travel on as one box: one onward charge instead of several.
Taxes
The price at the checkout includes EU VAT, as it does for any European customer, and it is not refunded when we send the parcel on outside the EU. Your own country charges its import duty and taxes on arrival. Neither is part of our price.
Questions
- Is this a Belgian address?
- No. It is a street address in Limassol, Cyprus, which is in the EU. Belgian shops that deliver across the EU deliver to it; shops that deliver only within Belgium do not.
- Can I pay with a card from outside the EU?
- Usually, yes. Shops check the delivery address and the card's country separately, and Cyprus is an ordinary EU delivery address. If a checkout refuses your card, tell us and we will look at it with you.
- Can you send Belgian chocolate on?
- Yes, but in the cooler months. Between May and September chocolate can melt on the way to us or on the way to you, so we suggest waiting, or choosing express to keep its time in transit short.
- What if I need to return something?
- Ask us before the parcel is sent on. Once it is with us it can go back to the shop from Cyprus under the shop's own returns policy, and we will tell you what that involves.
