How long does it take?

Two legs. 5–10 days for the retailer to reach our warehouse, then 3–6 working days by express or 5–12 working days by post to Portugal. Customs clearance at the far end sits on top of that.

Will I pay duty in Portugal?

Possibly — import duty and taxes are charged by Portugal's customs, not by us, and the thresholds change. We show an estimate before you pay rather than guessing. Inside the EU customs union; air transport restrictions still apply to batteries and liquids.

Can I combine several Croatian orders into one shipment?
